We make it easy for fans to find and purchase high-quality, affordable supporter kits. Simply browse our collections, add your favourites to the cart, and check out securely.
To keep our prices low and quality high, we operate on a scheduled order cycle. Orders are processed in batches a couple of times each month, which means delivery times can vary slightly depending on when you place your order.
Most customers receive their orders within 3 to 5 weeks, depending on international shipping and South African Customs, and we’ll keep you updated along the way. Sit back and relax, we’ve got the rest covered!
What type of kits do we sell?
We sell a mix of both modern and retro football kits.
When will I get my order?
We recommend you order as close to either the middle or the end of every month for your order to arrive faster. Once it has been shipped, the import usually takes between 12 -15 working days, sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on your location and customs clearance. We do our best to keep you updated throughout the entire process and will send you tracking info as soon as your order ships.
I cannot find the kit i want.
We do not put every single kit ever made on our website as we try to keep our selection relevant and up to date. To get kits from previous seasons or a specific kit that is not on the website, navigate to the "Contact Us!" page and send us a WhatsApp, we would be glad to help you out!
Do we deliver nationwide?
Yes! We offer nationwide delivery, straight to you door.
Do we ship internationally?
Currently, we only service South Africa, but international shipping may become available in the future.
Do we offer bulk or team orders?
Absolutely! Contact us directly through our WhatsApp line or email for custom quotes on bulk or team orders.
Can we source any kit?
Mostly, yes. We will let you know if we cannot source your specific kit, and if not, we will offer you alternatives.

1. Shipping & Liability
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Kit Cartel is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items during transit. We do our best to ensure fast and reliable delivery, but courier services are third-party providers. Any issues post-dispatch should be taken up directly with the courier using your tracking information.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
Full refunds are only applicable within 48 hours of the original purchase. After that, all refund or exchange requests will be handled at the discretion of Kit Cartel and assessed on a case-by-case basis. In order for returns or exchanges to be accepted, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags still attached. Returns will come at your own expense, in that you will pay for the courier service. We reserve the right to decline refunds or exchange requests that fall outside of our policy.
3. Intellectual Property
All logos, badges, designs, and trademarks used on kits are the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Kit Cartel has no affiliation with any brand, club, or league, and uses these designs purely for fan appreciation purposes.
4. Product Images
Images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, detailing, or sponsor logos may vary slightly depending on batch, lighting, or screen settings. If you're unsure about a specific detail, please contact us before purchasing.
5. Sizing
Kit Cartel is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from customer error.
6. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative item of equal value.

Kit Cartel is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the order process, including incorrect sizing, shipping addresses, or kit preferences not specified. Please double-check all details before completing your order.

9. Mystery Boxes
Jerseys that have been included in the mystery boxes cannot be swapped if the customer is unhappy with the team that they received. Please specify in your order if there are any teams or leagues you do not want.
